WHAT IS AquaGRID

AquaGRID™ is a water treatment design and simulation software developed by Toray Industries, Inc. It is highly regarded by various customers for its ability to intuitively and freely simulate almost any system design using Toray water treatment membranes. This flexibility is achieved through continuous UI/UX improvements, allowing users to operate the software as they wish.

Its most distinctive feature is exceptional design freedom—far beyond what conventional simulation tools offer.
Previously, the design was limited to fixed, predefined system configurations. Now, AquaGRID™ enables fully customizable designs, including parallel membrane treatments and circulation loops, with no restrictions on the number of stages or passes.
This level of freedom is a unique advantage exclusive to AquaGRID™.
We've also streamlined the management of large volumes of simulation files. PDF reports are now clearer, more readable, and more effective in communicating the details.

One of our primary goals in developing AquaGRID™ was to enable fast and accurate simulation of any water treatment system design.
As system designs become more complex, the number of calculations required explodes, and so does the computation time.
To increase calculation speed without sacrificing accuracy, we thoroughly redesigned the software from the ground up, from the individual formulas to the overall logic of the calculations.
As a result, AquaGRID™ surpasses previous software in both performance and usability.
Since its public release, we’ve continuously improved AquaGRID™ by actively incorporating feedback from users.
We will continue to make various improvements and feature additions. Please look forward to future development of AquaGRID™.
